Happy March Everyone.
We welcome everyone this month for some good Hygiene and healthy Habits.
Here are tips for help you out.
- Make sure you floss everyday. You know the bacteria that your brush can’t get to gets left behind and know those annoy foods that just always get stuck. Flossing is a great way to have a fresher breath, prevent gum disease and save you a lot on your dental visits. Also Avoid those disposable flossers that you’ll see in the checkout lines at grocery stores. Not only will they cost you way more in the long run, but they produce a lot of garbage as well.
- Brush your tongue. Buildup on your tongue not only looks disgusting, but it’s the number one cause of bad breath. Giving your tongue a good scrub when you’re brushing your teeth can nix this.
- Invest in a decent electric toothbrush. You should spend at least $100 on your starter kit, if not a little more. They clean better that your normal conventional tooth brush. It’s worth the investment.
Also too the foods your eat can affect your overall oral hygiene and teeth. Vitamin-rich foods. Foods containing calcium — such as cheese, almonds and leafy greens — and foods high in phosphorous — such as meat, eggs and fish — can help keep tooth enamel strong and healthy.
